What you can expect
- Strategic Contribution – You will contribute significantly to shaping and advancing our performance marketing strategy across multiple paid channels, with a strong focus on Google Ads (Search, Display, PMAX, Demand Gen, YouTube).
- Hands-on Campaign Management – You will independently manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads and additional platforms including Meta Ads, Pinterest, and Bing.
- Performance & Funnel Optimization – You will design data-driven campaigns aligned with company objectives and funnel strategies, improving campaign efficiency and driving measurable growth.
- Budgeting & Forecasting – You will play a key role in strategic budget planning and take responsibility for the resource-efficient allocation of the budget, as well as provide forecasting across all paid channels.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – You will work closely with our Creative Team and implement technical measures such as ad extensions, customer lists, and funnel evaluations.
- Analytics & Reporting – You will create, analyze, and present detailed reports, translating performance data into actionable insights and clear next steps.
What we expect from you
- Experience – You bring approximately 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a primary focus on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMAX, Demand Gen).
- Additional Channel Knowledge – You have worked with Meta Ads, Pinterest, and Microsoft Bing and understand how to integrate them into a cohesive paid strategy.
- Data & Tech Proficiency – You are confident with reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio. Knowledge of conversion tracking tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, URL parameters, data layers) is a plus.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking – You thrive on data, using performance metrics to guide strategic decisions and continuously improve campaign results.
- Self-driven & Curious – You are structured, proactive, and have a high standard for your own work quality. You’re excited to test new tools, formats, and campaign types.
- Language Skills – You are fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

The gross annual salary starts at €53,200. Your actual salary will, of course, depend on your qualifications and experience, and will be discussed with you personally.
