As a Data Scientist at Propcorn AI, you'll play a crucial role in developing and applying machine learning models to solve complex problems within the real estate domain. You'll work with large datasets, explore patterns, build predictive models, and communicate your findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. What We're Looking For:

• A highly motivated Data Scientist with a passion for uncovering insights from data. • A strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques. • Experience with the programming language Python (essential)

• Proficiency with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).

• Experience with building and deploying machine learning models.

• Experience with large datasets and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark) is a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus, GCP is a plus plus.

• Excellent communication and data visualization skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

• A "hacker mentality" – a passion for exploring new technologies and finding creative solutions.

• A desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Experience in the real estate domain is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities (Examples):

• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.

• Collaborate with engineers to deploy and maintain machine learning models in production.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science.
