PIUR IMAGING USA seeks a skilled and customer-focused Clinical Applications Specialist to support our ultrasound imaging software solution. This full-time salaried role involves delivering training, clinical demonstrations, product installations, and troubleshooting support to ensure healthcare providers can confidently and effectively use PIUR’s advanced tomographic 3D ultrasound solution. As a key point of contact, you’ll engage with clients across the USA, providing expertise to drive customer satisfaction and adoption.

Tasks

  • You will be a primary point of contact for our customers, working as an equal partner with the sales team.
  • Provide in-person and remote clinical applications support for PIUR IMAGING’s 3D ultrasound imaging solution, the PIUR tUS Infinity system.
  • Conduct hands-on training for healthcare providers, focusing on effective scanning techniques, system optimization, and proper usage protocols.
  • Assist with technical troubleshooting, including equipment installation/setup, connectivity, and data integration.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to address client needs and ensure successful implementation.
  • Gather and report client feedback to support continuous improvement of PIUR IMAGING’s products and services.
  • Call point may be physician/practice offices and/or hospital-based clinics.
  • Schedule: This position offers flexible scheduling based on client and project needs, with an emphasis on controlled travel schedules whenever possible.

Requirements

  • Experience/familiarity with ultrasound and/or radiology technologies is helpful.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient with medical imaging software, PACS systems, and computer skills (Windows, MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information for a variety of audiences.
  • Willingness to Travel on a Controlled Schedule: Availability for travel within the USA, with a focus on controlled scheduling to minimize last-minute travel.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Ability to meet criteria for various hospital access credentialing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Ultrasound Imaging technology.
  • Previous experience in clinical applications or as an Applications Specialist in the imaging field.
  • Familiarity with innovative imaging technology.
